After saying our “see you laters” to Bob and Donna and doing the paperwork to be on the lot list, we continued our journey north.
This is the Florida we remember – lots of businesses and traffic:
Once we came thru the Orlando area and off the main roads, we continued north. One of the many bridge crossings – this one is over a creek:
It amazes me what each area of the country calls a body of water. Each area has its own definition of a lake, pond, river, creek, etc..
Our journey took us thru one of the National Forests – beautiful:
Past some power plants:
And small towns:
Notice the clouds – it started to rain right after this picture and followed us all the way to the Elks in Jacksonville.
We set up, stopped into the Lodge (nice folks and nice lodge) for a bit and relaxed the rest of the evening. Tomorrow we continue north so stay tuned and enjoy today.
Miles Traveled: 218 Miles
Routes Traveled:
Florida: SR-64; US-27; SR-19; US-17; I-295; Collins Road

Loving the "green" in your Florida pics! And that last one of the little girl is just too precious!

Thanks - :-). When we worked we went to Florida quite a bit but always along the coast - tourist areas. It was really nice to see the other part of Florida.
