What a nice relaxing day we had here at Lake Elk City – the weather was just perfect! Not yet T-shirt but pretty darn close.
Our site:
Elk City Lake Park has 5 RV sites with 30 AMP Service. Water is available near the sites. It was built between 1967 and 1970 for flood control and erosion. But over the last few years the lake continues to go down. So sad:

And many trees that grow this way… (must be windy more days than not).

So glad we took today to just take it easy. We were here last year and took in the great museums in town.

BRRRR it got cold here at Elk City Lake. Was I REALLY wearing a tank top yesterday??? Thick sweater today :)
