We woke this morning and after a long discussion, we decided to travel about 100 miles and see how the motorhome performed.
So off we went thru the Gallatin National Forest - another WOW day for scenery:
Storm’s a-brewing !
And a storm was a-brewing with us. About 20 miles into our trip, same thing happened going up an incline. OH-OH. So we made our way slowly to Bozeman, Montana. Thank God the rest of the trip was in the canyon.
Yesterday, the mechanics in Grants Village gave us the name of place to go if we had issues so that is where we headed - “Billions GMC”. Well, the service manager took one look at the motorhome and told us he did not have the equipment to handle us. OH-OH! But he did direct us to M&W Trucking Repair. M&W feel it is a fuel pump issue but the part will not be in until Friday. Sooooo, we are now at Sunrise Campground in Bozeman for the next few days or more.
Mary Jo and Marty are the campground owners and are absolutely wonderful. They have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Another day in this life on the road.
Enjoy today.
Stats for today:
Miles Traveled: 88 Miles
Routes Traveled:
Montana: US-191; Frontage Road

Take heart. Most of us have been there and done that. It's not always pleasant, but it really is just a bump in the road. :)
