We woke to rain but by the time we left, it was starting to clear up. We were on the road by 8:30 AM heading north.
The scenery in this part of Montana is jaw-dropping! No wonder they call it Big Sky Country.
Enjoy!
The white boxes in the picture below is a bee colony. We saw quite a few colonies along our route.
Interesting cloud formation on the mountain:

I would love to spend my summers in this area of the country – just beautiful.
We arrived at Jim and Mary’s RV Park in Missoula where we will be for the next week, doing some sightseeing and shopping (our cupboards and backups are getting bare.) Speaking of shopping, after setting up we headed to Albertsons and Wal-Mart for a few items.
Back home, we enjoyed sitting outside until the rains came.
Stay tuned for our next adventure and enjoy today.

We spent three summer volunteering at Lee Metcalf NWR, 30 miles south of Missoula - it's worth a visit. Also, don't miss Saturday in Downtown; lots of farmer's booths, vendors, and happy crowd. Enjoy your stay!
Will do. Thanks!
