We made our way to the Elks Lodge, set up and signed up.  After doing a few things, we headed over to the Moose Lodge where we met Darryl, the loge administrator.  Darryl invited us to stay for their Valentine’s Dinner – steak – Yum.  So we did and joined Darryl and his girlfriend, Frances for a great evening.  Frances belongs to one of the pueblo tribes and we learned quite a few things about her tribe.  Such a treat.

Back home just as we went to bed, the Elks Lodge band started, oh my!  Anyway, tomorrow we continue our travels east so stay tuned and enjoy today.

Stats for today:

Miles Traveled: 237 Miles

Routes Traveled:

Arizona: SR-80; I-10 Business; I-10

New Mexico: I-10; US-70; Elks Drive
