Well, I posted yesterday’s blog before the end of the day and lo and behold, we had a beautiful sunset… Check out these pictures of the sun shining on the mountains:
Today we did some more things around the motor home (it is finally cleaned and stocked up – LOL – and I think everything is caught up – :-))) We did have a little rain this morning but this afternoon had a chance to go to the Matanuska River Overlook. Notice the clouds in the pictures. This is also a glacial river (the Matanuska Glacier is about 60 miles from here and we should pass it tomorrow).
This evening we went to the Elks Lodge and then just relaxed at home.
So tomorrow we start heading east – stay tuned!
